The GTM Academy, which aims to provide young recent graduates with a 360º training program, took another important step towards consolidating this program. In the 2023/2024 edition, graduates had the opportunity to attend a training program developed in a partnership with the Católica International Business Platform, which aimed to empower participants with management skills focused on the Pharmaceutical Industry.

Within the scope of this partnership, five seminars were held which included contributions from Tecnimede Group, and the teaching staff of the Católica International Business Platform. These seminars covered topics such as: Globalization & Business Strategy, Finance, Leadership & Time Management, Innovation & Project Management and Marketing.
