In January 2021, the Tecnimede Group launched the 5th edition of the Talent Academy, a project that aims to provide young graduates with a 360º training programme for 9 months. Six recent graduates in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Universities of Coimbra, Lisbon, and Algarve participated in this edition of the Talent Academy.

The programme offers theory-based training in a classroom context covering all the areas of the Tecnimede Group and a practical internship in the area of specialisation chosen by the young graduates. This theoretical and practical training not only facilitates the acquisition and consolidation of knowledge and on-the-job skills in the pharmaceutical industry, but it also provides a gateway to the world of work, knowledge, and professional experience.
