Talent Academy
The GTM Talent Academy combines knowledge acquisition and consolidation with on-the-job skills in a specialised and practical way.
The programme targets both technical and scientific areas and integrates three different training stages:
Theoretical training
Observation internship in various areas (Industrial, Technical, Marketing & Commercial)
Professional internship in an area of specialisation.
The internships last from 9 to 12 months according to a predefined plan and are monitored by a tutor. At the end, following assessment, the two top trainees are awarded a merit scholarship for post-graduate studies.
