In 2023, Tecnimede Group launched the 1st edition of the High Performance Leaders Program, a program developed in partnership with ISEG and which aims to train company leaders with management and leadership skills.
During this program, participants had the opportunity to improve their leadership skills, learn management techniques, deepen their knowledge in business strategy and develop a mindset focused on high performance. In addition, the program also covered topics such as team management, effective communication and strategic decision making.
In all, two editions of this Program have already been carried out.
The launch of this initiative is aligned with Tecnimede Group's purpose in continually investing in the training of its employees.
