Thus, it established its Quality, Environment and Safety Policy, according to the references of the NP EN ISO 9001, NP EN ISO 14001 and NP EN ISO 45001 standards, which guide its Integrated Management System, the following commitments:
- Systematically analyze the context of your activity in order to determine risks and opportunities to achieve the organization's intended results: improve environmental performance, quality and safety, occupational health, fulfill compliance obligations and achieve the objectives defined at the highest level;
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, by meeting product and service requirements, and systematically seeking to fulfill their expectations;
- Involve all employees in the establishment and monitoring of objectives, which allow the measurement and evaluation of the results of the activities carried out, and pursuit of continuous improvement and the effectiveness of the integrated management system;
- Ensure the establishment and implementation of the process for worker consultation and participation. Motivate, promote and ensure that its employees are committed to the performance of their duties, through the promotion and continued investment in the culture of participation and accountability, based on the principles of quality improvement, individual safety and environmental protection, promoting processes consultation and participation of its employees;
- Comply with the compliance obligations for the activity, in the areas of quality, environment and health and safety at work, as well as monitor the results of its implementation and determine, if applicable, actions to improve its effectiveness;
- Efficiently use available resources, with the aim of protecting the environment, namely energy resources, water, among others, and work within the scope of pollution prevention through the implementation of an effective management of waste, waste water, gaseous emissions, noise and other polluting sources, resulting from the activities carried out, incorporating the principles of the analysis of the product's life cycle (Rethink, Replace, Repair, Reduce, Reuse and Recycle);
- Provide safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injuries and health conditions that are appropriate to the purpose, size and context of the organization and the specific nature of its occupational health and safety risks and opportunities for Safety and Health at Work;
- Eliminate hazards and reduce risks to Occupational Health and Safety. Assume global responsibility for the prevention of work-related injuries and health problems of workers, all people affected by their activity, promoting and ensuring safe and healthy workplaces, namely in the context of the risks of exposure to chemical agents, handling of repetitive loads and movements, by complying with all requirements relating to the hazards and risks of the activities carried out and ensuring the safety of its employees through the implementation of measures to prevent accidents (injuries, injuries and damage to health), occupational diseases;
- Prevent any and all types of environmental and work accidents, through ongoing training and awareness actions and the implementation of activities arising from the Emergency Preparedness and Response procedures implemented by the AP;
- Raise awareness among all its suppliers, subcontractors, service providers and external entities of the importance of their contribution to the organization's performance in Quality, Environment and Safety, transparently inform the respective results, analyze and evaluate the conformity of processes;
- Systematically evaluate the results of the implementation of the integrated management system in order to satisfy customers and all interested parties, generate value for shareholders, protect the environment and ensure the motivation and safety of its employees, in order to promote improvement to be continued;
- This Policy is available at all levels of the organization and interested parties, through internal and external means of communication, in order to provide everyone with information so that its activities meet its commitments;
- The Administration counts on the commitment of all its employees to fulfill the objectives arising from this Policy and formally undertakes to provide the necessary and adequate means to pursue them.
